- Bookings are required for Catered and Self-Catered Birthday Party Options
- A deposit of $100 is required with booking (Visa, Mastercard, Net Bank Transfer).
- A deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made ten days prior to
the scheduled event.
- Payment of the balance to be made on or before the day of the event.
- Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit, Mastercard, Visa
or Eftpos at the Farm
- Payment by Bartercard is welcome
- The farm is NOT a ‘DROP OFF’ venue, therefore children must be accompanied by a parent/adult or a minimum of one adult per four children
- Children must be SUPERVISED by an accompanying adult AT ALL TIMES
- Entry to the farm is payable for uninvited siblings by the parents thereof.
- Suitable footwear is recommended
- Comfortable play clothes are recommended
- A hat and sunscreen in the summer months, raincoat or parka in the winter is recommended
- With lots of shade and undercover areas, the farm is an ALL WEATHER venue.
