Party Conditions

Bookings are required for Catered and Self-Catered Birthday Party Options
A deposit of $100 is required with booking (Visa, Mastercard, Net Bank Transfer).
A deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made ten days prior to
the scheduled event.
Payment of the balance to be made on or before the day of the event.
Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit, Mastercard, Visa
or Eftpos at the Farm
Payment by Bartercard is welcome
The farm is NOT a ‘DROP OFF’ venue, therefore children must be accompanied by a parent/adult or a minimum of one adult per four children
Children must be SUPERVISED by an accompanying adult AT ALL TIMES
Entry to the farm is payable for uninvited siblings by the parents thereof.
Suitable footwear is recommended
Comfortable play clothes are recommended
A hat and sunscreen in the summer months, raincoat or parka in the winter is recommended
With lots of shade and undercover areas, the farm is an ALL WEATHER venue.
